Coaching Sessions

Coaches help clients take the time to focus on what they really want in order to help them create and experience a life of their choosing. Utilizing coaching, clients set better goals and then reach those goals; accomplish more than they would have on their own; and focus better so as to produce results more quickly. Recommended coaching session offerings include:

- Six 50-60 minute sessions every other week 

- Twelve 50-60 minute sessions every other week

- Energy Leadership assessment and debrief
